We are seeking BC/BE General Otolaryngologists to join our 6 BC Otolaryngologists and 2 BC Allergists / Immunologists for our Wausau and Stevens Point locations.

ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (PA/NP) CAREERS
ENT & Allergy Associates of North Central Wisconsin is a multispecialty clinic dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to our patients with respect, compassion, and kindness. We strive to foster healthy relationships among staff and expect that all employees treat one another with the same respect and compassion extended to our patients.
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing ENT team. This role offers a chance to collaborate with specialized teams and provide comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations, order tests, determine diagnoses, and develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide medical and surgical care, including diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic remediation, and pharmaceutical prescriptions.
- Provide patient education regarding care plans, treatment options, and procedures.
- Monitor patient health during follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Keep detailed records of all patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, insurance companies, and physicians, both verbally and in writing.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care and streamline clinical processes.
- Participate in clinic-wide projects and programs aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and care quality.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active license in Wisconsin.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to travel between our Wausau and outreach locations for patient care.
