ENT & Allergy Associates offers final year Audiology doctoral students a wide range of clinical experiences while working with our on-site 6 otolaryngologists, 8 advanced practice professionals, and 2 allergists to provide interprofessional care.
Clinical experiences include:
- adult diagnostics, pediatric diagnostics and hearing aid services
- cochlear implant evaluation, programming, and follow-up
- osseointegrated device evaluation, programming, and follow-up
- hearing aid evaluation, programming, fitting, repair, and follow-up
- auditory and neurodiagnostic electrophysiology (sedated and natural sleep)
- vestibular evaluation (VNG and VEMPS).
The extern will work closely with a team of 8 audiologists, 1 hearing instrument specialist, and 3 audiology assistants to provide exceptional care to patients in north-central Wisconsin. A stipend is available.
